On Friday 27^th November Centro San Viator had a meeting with the staff of Berritzegune-Ortuella.

Berritzegune is a public body in charge of the innovation in the educational field. They are the people who can implement our results in the schools. The main objective is to offer teachers tools and assistance that facilitate their work in the classroom. They visit schools and interview teachers and students who have problems to continue with their studies.

One of the aims of this public body is to help the teachers to work with students with social problems or mental disabilities. In this entity teachers, psychologists and pedagogues work to improve the situation of young people who are in risk of early school leaving.

We presented our project and the website and afterwards we discussed how we can change the situation in our schools and we told them the principal problems and the needs that our teachers have.

The aims were:

• To make our project visible
• To show our project to policy makers in education field.
• To create awareness on the importance of guidance, specially on NEETs and youngsters in risk of ESL
• To present the self awareness tool

Professionals listened to us with attention and they showed very interested in SAVE project. During the presentation, they asked a lot of questions about the digital portfolio and the possibilities that it has got in the school. The education professionals think that teachers need individual tutorial hours with each student to create the individual portfolio and share new ideas.
